At the second meetings held on 13 September 2007, creditors approved resolutions for Estate Property Group Ltd and its wholly owned subsidiary Companies to execute Deeds of Company Arrangement (see link below). 

The Deed Administrators formally request creditors to submit proofs of debt for adjudication purposes (see creditor update link below).
