Kerryn Mark Downey and Alan Raymond Isaac were appointed interim liquidators of C&G NZ on 6 June 2001 and permanent liquidators on 19 July 2001.

Kerryn Mark Downey and Alan Raymond Isaac were also appointed liquidators of FAI NZ on 31 August 2001.

Alan Raymond Isaac was replaced as liquidator of both C&G NZ and FAI NZ by William Guy Black following formation of McGrathNicol on 1 August 2004.

In November 2003 directions from the court were obtained to permit interim distributions to creditors of record.

The liquidators are currently seeking court directions to implement a liquidation scheme to address potential long-tail claims with respect to the FAI NZ books of business.

The directions hearing is listed to be heard before Associate Judge Faire in the Auckland High Court on 23 November 2009.
