all employees are giving the opportunity to develop and progress in line with
their level of competency. Individual are not restricted by timeframes, quite
simply, if they fulfil the competency requirements of their position they will
be eligible for promotion.
All employees at McGrathNicol
are required to set goals each year and are then given an annual performance
review were their performance will be assessed against the goals set at the
start of the year as well as against the competencies outlined for their
position. In addition, employees receive reviews for individual engagements
they have worked on throughout the year which is taken into consideration
during their annual review. This process enables us to identify employees ready
for promotion and development needs for employees to work on to gain future
promotions, as at McGrathNicol it is always our
objective to provide ongoing development to all of our employees.
