Become
more than just an Accountant
There are no set rules for career development
at McGrathNicol; your progression depends on your performance, ability,
motivation and enthusiasm. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills
by working on a diverse range of assignments across our four service
lines.
We recognise the quality of our Graduates and
Vacationers has direct influence on the future success of the firm. To
help you settle in, you will be supported by a buddy who can answer your
questions and show you the ropes. You will also have a Counselling
Manager and Partner to provide feedback, set your career goals and manage your
career development. Our support structure includes individual development plans
and regular project reviews to assist in defining your training needs.
Formal training and focussed development
programs are important to the professional growth of our people. Training
begins when you walk through the doors of McGrathNicol on day one. You
will be integrated with the firm, listening and learning, and getting involved
in as many aspects of our work as possible. We recognise that some of the
best training you can receive is to be exposed to the work that we do.
You’ll gain firsthand experience how complex, high profile projects are
handled from beginning to end.
We offer full ICAA Program support including:
