Barry is a Registered Liquidator with more than 25 years experience in restructuring, turnaround and insolvency. He is an expert across the full range of administration appointments including receiverships, liquidations, administrations, deeds of company arrangement and creditors’ trusts.
Barry regularly assists boards, creditors, shareholders, purchasers and other parties to deal with financial challenges, including accessing the safe harbour regime. Barry differentiates himself from his peers by his innovative and commercial approach to resolving problems.
