Damien specialises in restructuring, insolvency and business improvement strategies. He has 20 years experience working with stakeholders navigating uncertainty and complexity and unlocking opportunities in challenging or distressed situations.
He has a strong track record leading complex consulting, restructuring and insolvency engagements for ASX-listed companies and multinational businesses.
He works with clients to provide insightful advice and tailored, practical solutions that maximise their commercial and financial outcomes. He does this through a unique blend of commercial nous, analytics based thinking and innovative approaches.
Prior to McGrathNicol, Damien worked in mid-market advisory at a ‘Big 4’ firm and has also undertaken secondments with a bank and other listed financial services companies.
Damien works across a diverse range of industries including retail, hospitality, specialised property and financial services. He has a particular focus on consumer markets, where he has deep industry knowledge and strong technical expertise.
