Heather is a highly skilled restructuring and insolvency specialist, having worked on a number of complex formal engagements and receiverships. She regularly works with financiers, corporates and other key stakeholders helping them deal with financial challenges.
Heather has also been involved in a number of independent business reviews, providing strategic advice to secured creditors for businesses in the construction, manufacturing and agribusiness sectors.
Recent engagements include the Voluntary Administration of RCR Tomlinson Limited, managing the investigation into the reasons for failure and the defence of the shareholder class action. Also, assisting the secured lender of a company in the Oil & Gas industry, to maximise the value of its security in extremely challenging circumstances.
