Janine is a Chartered Accountant with more than 17 years of experience leading a broad range of forensic investigations and dispute advisory assignments in Australia. She has also worked in external and internal audit for a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm in the UK.
Janine has broad experience across a range of sectors including telecommunications, property and construction, energy and natural resources, financial services, healthcare and manufacturing. She is highly skilled in the management of forensic assignments, including the preparation of consulting and independent expert reports in legal proceedings and interaction with key stakeholders such as lawyers, management, regulators and law enforcement.
Janine has been involved in a number of high profile investigations and assignments. Recently, she assessed a $1 billion claim arising from a dispute on a large construction project in Western Australia, working on the matter until the conclusion of the arbitration hearing in Singapore. She also acted as an independent expert in a dispute involving a major telecommunications provider in a series of disputes with dealers over commission payable.
