Leigh is a data expert with more than 12 years of experience, having worked in Australia and abroad. He specialises in using technology and analytics to help clients utilise data to identify new insights, as well as support existing business initiatives and improve processes through automation.
With a professional background in forensic data analysis and computer science, Leigh has extensive experience in advising clients on how to implement analytics into their own businesses and works with them to automate and improve the efficiency of internal reporting and operational processes. His recent work includes managing the development of a customer segmentation model for an international bank, which identified segments of customers considered to be higher financial crime risks. He has also been engaged as a third party expert to assist a government department with measuring the operational performance of a transport network.
Leigh has worked on a number of disputes and investigations, providing external expert services for legal matters involving the analysis of large data sets. His extensive experience spans across multi-national banks, government departments and global technology companies.
