Matthew has substantial leadership experience across many corporate clients and high profile, complex restructuring and insolvency cases involving prominent companies and multi-lender financing arrangements. He works with boards, management and financiers to provide strategic advice, and maximise and retain value.
Matthew’s experience includes performance improvement and turnaround, independent business reviews and strategic and financial advice, development and implementation of debt, capital and business restructure, refinancing, and business and asset divestment.
