Paul is the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for its operational strategy, including a multiyear digitalisation program focussed on supporting efficient and effective client service. His role involves oversight of the firm’s financial performance, talent development, technology, corporate governance, information security and operational risk management.

Prior to becoming COO, Paul was a Partner in the Deals team and has extensive advisory experience leading transactions, business reviews and strategic change projects. Throughout his career, he has worked across a broad range of industries, including finance and investment, retail, mining, manufacturing, automotive, tourism, childcare and technology.

As an experienced transactions advisor, Paul’s due diligence experience included acting for clients including Cimic, Caltex, Cabcharge, Guardian Childcare, WH Soul Pattison, Hunter Hall and several private equity funds and investment banks. Paul has also led the sale of ABC Learning Centres, Banksia, and South Canterbury Finance. Paul’s strategy and change management experience includes business unit separation planning for John Holland and a strategic review of Ayers Rock Resort on behalf of the Indigenous Land Corporation.
