In 2004, Tony was a Founding Partner of McGrathNicol. He is a highly regarded expert specialising in restructuring and insolvency. He has applied his extensive knowledge and expertise to a wide range of complex, high-profile engagements, including the collapse of HIH Insurance – one of the largest failures in Australian corporate history.
Other high-profile engagements include Henry Walker Eltin, Trio Capital, Banksia Securities Limited, Great Southern Limited, Airport Rail Link and Pan Pharmaceuticals. Tony works across a broad range of industries including insurance, superannuation, finance, transport, mining and property.
Tony also acts as an independent expert witness in a range of disputes, including providing expert reports assessing the solvency of particular entities and assessing economic loss claims.
Tony is actively involved in the community and currently sits on a number of boards for organisations and not-for-profit entities.
