Ronan has worked with Private Capital clients on buy-side, portfolio value creation, exit readiness and sell-side roles. He specialises in market positioning, strategic growth and performance improvement for corporate clients.
Ronan has extensive M&A experience, including supporting over 170 transactions, more than 100 commercial and operational due diligence engagements, 40 major integration and divestments, and the formation of numerous joint ventures. He has worked with clients across a diverse range of industries, including retail, travel and transport, health and life sciences, construction and engineering, assets and infrastructure, technology and telecommunications, and financial services.
Ronan has also authored several papers on industry trends and outlook in the retail and consumer sector and has extensive experience speaking at media forums.
