Our client, an Australian University, was considering entering a memorandum of understanding with a University based in China. We provided enhanced due diligence services to assist our client in evaluating and mitigating any foreign interference risks. Our work involved research on open source platforms and provision of a report, which was carried out in accordance with the guidelines to Counter Foreign Interference in the Australian University Sector.
