Matthew is a highly regarded turnaround, restructuring and insolvency specialist with more than 14 years experience. He works with lenders, lawyers, private equity, directors and senior executives to assist businesses in navigating periods of challenge and distress.
Matthew is a Registered Liquidator and has led numerous independent business reviews, strategic options assessments, safe harbour reviews, business or profit improvement assignments, financial and operational due diligence roles and formal restructuring and insolvency engagements. He works closely with clients to solve business problems and implement practical, robust and sustainable solutions.
Matthew specialises in advising and supporting businesses in both the mid-market and institutional markets and has extensive industry experience across the property, construction, manufacturing, financial services, transport, industrial and retail sectors.
