As a restructuring and turnaround specialist, Matt has led numerous complex trading and restructuring engagements, independent business reviews, strategic options assessments, business improvement assignments and buy-and sell-side transactions.
With significant industry experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors, Matt has provided strategic advice to GM Holden and Ford Australia relating to the winding down and transformation of their Australian operations. Recently, he has also managed the receivership and restructuring of the listed automotive business Autodom Limited, involving the consolidation of four facilities into one over a 12 month period.
Matt has a host of high profile clients and/or cases to his name including Toys ‘R’ Us, McAleese Group, CMI Industrial, LTQ Engineering, Ford Australia and GM Holden.
He has worked with companies across a broad range of industries including automotive, manufacturing, retail, transport and logistics, property development, financial services and IT distribution.
