Sam has over 16 years’ of experience advising founder/family businesses, corporate clients and private equity funds on corporate finance and M&A transactions.
He advises clients on the sell-side and buy-side of M&A transactions, private capital and strategic reviews. His experience includes sell-side and buy-side advisory, financial due diligence and financial modelling for Australian and international clients.
Sam has an impressive array of deal experience predominantly across Consumer, Transport and Healthcare markets, including RACV’s investment in Nationwide, the sale of PresCare’s residential aged care assets, numerous transactions acting for McMillan Shakespeare, several sell-side roles the Food & Beverage space and several projects within the Wesfarmers group.
