Andrew was a founding employee of McGrathNicol and has more than 25 years experience as a restructuring and turnaround specialist. He specialises in managing large, complex and cross-border assignments, including financial restructuring, business valuation, due diligence and insolvency roles.
Andrew has worked in London and Sydney and has previously undertaken a secondment at one of Australia’s major banks, where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of complex institutional banking exposures.
Recent engagements include the restructuring of WICET, a $4bn coal export terminal in Queensland, advising the syndicate of senior lenders to the new Royal Adelaide Hospital and providing an independent business review of Slater & Gordon, an ASX-listed professional services business. He has worked across a broad range industries including infrastructure, retail and financial and professional services, working with syndicated and bilateral lenders (including US bondholders), investors and Government.
