With more than eight years of business advisory and restructuring experience, Andrew is responsible for leading project teams, and developing, facilitating and implementing engagement strategies. Andrew’s experience covers a breadth of industries including mining and resources, healthcare, retail, property, construction and engineering, agriculture, hospitality, transport and logistics, and manufacturing. In addition to executing all forms of formal Australian insolvency engagements, he specialises in financial modelling and analysis, sale of business transactions, financial and operational improvement and independent expert witness reporting.

Andrew works with clients to develop solutions to complex situations, using creative problem-solving and an outcome-driven approach. His experience working with businesses and people in financially challenging situations has given Andrew a unique skillset that is highly sought after. Previous assignments have often required an urgent rationalisation of operations and implementation of financial controls, expedited sales campaigns, and a balanced, influential and empathetic approach to dealing with a broad range of stakeholders.
