Emma has more than 14 years' experience specialising in business improvement strategies, integrations and executive advisory for ASX Listed entities, Government bodies and corporate entities.
She has substantial experience in project management, integration planning and implementation, as well as and managing organisations through restructures, insolvencies and transactions.
Emma has completed a number of client secondments, four of which have been with ASX listed entities. Her most recent secondments include acting as interim CFO for Barwon Water and performing as Head of Financial Planning and Analysis for ASX listed AfterPay Touch Group.
She has worked across a broad range of industries including water, renewables, infrastructure, beverage, finance and asset management.
