Mark has more than 15 years' experience as a restructuring, turnaround and insolvency professional and brings a calm and transparent approach to assisting small, medium and large enterprises in challenging situations. Mark works with company boards, directors, key management and lenders to navigate financial difficulty and recovery.

Mark has extensive experience across a full range of formal restructuring matters including receiverships, voluntary administrations, Deed of Company Arrangements and Court, creditors’ and members’ voluntary liquidations. Mark has led multiple turnaround assignments, as well as formal restructuring and insolvency matters, managing key stakeholders to implement operational restructure and divestment programmes, and sale and/or recapitalisation processes.

Mark has also led the preparation of independent business reviews and performance improvement strategies for underperforming companies across a broad range of industries. His sector experience includes agribusiness, manufacturing, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, transport, construction and property.
