Michael is a Partner in our Government Advisory team with more than 20 years of experience providing advisory services to the Australian Government and private sector clients. He specialises in a broad range of services, including financial viability analysis, financial modelling assignments, forensic audits, governance reviews and organisation evaluations.
Michael has worked across various aspects of governance, including organisation and program reviews, reviews of policies and procedures, and the review of compliance with funding agreements. He has conducted financial viability assessments and financial due diligence assignments to ensure compliance with accounting standards. He has experience with the development of financial models and procedure manuals for the use of those models. Michael’s experience also includes accounting expert witness assignments, fraud risk assessments and financial investigations.
Michael also has significant experience undertaking restructuring and insolvency assignments including liquidations, receiverships, voluntary administrations and independent business reviews.
