Jacinta is a highly regarded corporate and restructuring advisor with more than 20 years’ experience across Australia and the UK. She advises corporates, shareholders, lenders, governments, and not-for-profit organisations across a wide range of industries.
Jacinta works with businesses and their stakeholders to identify, protect and maximise value in situations of financial and operational underperformance, disruption, stress and uncertainty. She is known for bringing clarity and stability to complex situations, while collaborating across diverse stakeholder groups to implement solutions.
Jacinta’s work spans operational restructuring, distressed transactions, due diligence and independent business reviews, credit and counterparty risk assessments, options analysis, contingency planning and formal restructurings via insolvency processes.
Jacinta’s experience includes a role with a major Australian bank, managing a portfolio of high risk corporate and institutional customers.
