Kathy is a Restructuring Partner and Registered Liquidator with over 25 years’ experience advising businesses in Australia and the UK through complex financial and operational challenges.

She is a trusted adviser to boards, management teams, secured creditors and shareholders, helping them navigate both risk and opportunity in distressed situations.

Kathy advises across the full spectrum of restructuring and insolvency matters. Her experience spans independent business reviews and advisory engagements, including Safe Harbour support, through to formal appointments such as Receiverships, Voluntary Administrations, Deeds of Company Arrangement and Liquidations.

She has worked across a broad range of industries, with recent experience in private healthcare, retail, insurance, manufacturing, aged care and financial services.

As a board member of ARITA, Kathy plays an active leadership role in the profession, including leading the organisation’s diversity initiatives and engaging with regulators and industry bodies.
