Rosemary has more than 25 years’ corporate restructuring experience and has a depth of technical knowledge extending to all types of insolvency appointments, including voluntary administrations, receiverships, and all forms of liquidations.
Since joining the firm in 2008, Rosemary has worked as an internal expert on many of McGrathNicol’s largest and most complex insolvency projects. She has extensive skills and experience in all aspects of statutory compliance on insolvency matters, with a particular interest in investigations and often consults on the strategic management of legal claims.
Rosemary has a strong commitment to technical excellence and has led the Professional Practice team for the last 14 years. She focuses on providing resources to support the delivery of high-quality outcomes for clients across all services. Rosemary is also a long-standing member of McGrathNicol’s Risk Committee, with demonstrated skills in the identification, analysis and treatment of project risks.
