Nathan Baird – Deals

Nathan is a corporate advisory expert, with more than 15 years of experience specialising in lead advisory, financial due diligence and related services for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and capital raisings.

Tony Barnes – Cyber

Tony is a cybersecurity expert with over 25 years of experience advising organisations on large-scale cyber strategy, including technology business strategy, cybersecurity and risk advisory.

Imran Pasha – Government Advisory

Imran has over 16 years of experience working with government departments and agencies, advising on internal audit services, IT reviews, performance reviews, financial analysis, compliance matters, and establishing second line defence functions.

Damien Pasfield – Restructuring

Damien specialises in restructuring, insolvency and business improvement strategies. With 20 years of experience, he has assisted companies and their stakeholders to overcome challenges and maximise financial outcomes.

Brendan Payne – Forensic Technology & Cyber

Brendan is a forensic technology and cyber specialist with more than 16 years of experience specialising in digital forensics, cyber incident response, cyber risk and governance, eDiscovery and technology-led investigations.
