Hugh specialises in providing financial due diligence and advisory services to clients in relation to mergers & acquisitions, divestitures and capital raisings. He advises a wide range of corporate, private equity and Government clients on corporate finance matters across a number of industries.
Michael has over twenty years’ experience in providing advisory services for Australian Government and private sector clients. He is experienced in undertaking a broad range of services including financial viability analysis, financial modelling assignments, forensic audits, governance reviews and organisation evaluations.
