Carlo has over 20 years of experience providing professional services to Federal Government and the private sector. Carlo has worked across both large and mid-size Federal Government agencies, including several Departments of State. His experience has been through leading projects in support of complex Government programs, from upfront policy and strategy through to implementation. Carlo has also worked with the private and not-for-profit sectors, including critical infrastructure entities, providing advice and support in understanding and meeting their regulatory and other government imposed (e.g. contractual) obligations.
