She specialises in supply chain strategy, performance improvement, operational excellence, production scheduling, and has an extensive background in strategic leadership of manufacturing, logistics & end-to-end supply chains.

Her global, hands-on experience across Asia, North America and Oceania included responsibilities for manufacturing operations, site logistics operations, sales & operations planning, loss elimination, process improvement and LEAN programs, ERP system implementations, engineering, cross border shipping, facility layout planning, and global business services.

Joanne has experience across a broad range of industries including fast moving consumer goods, health care, beauty & hair care, digestible beauty, hospitality, registered clubs, construction technology services, and industrial. She has a proven practical capability in business process optimisation, cost reduction, net working capital and productivity improvements, as well as the development and implementation of leading S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) programs.

She also provides highly beneficial pro-bono advisory & hands-on operational support for several Not-for-Profit (NFP) and charitable organisations in the disability services and animal welfare sectors.
