Johnathan has a proven track record of delivering high quality outcomes for a wide range of clients, from large listed corporates to private businesses and private equity clients. He has had exposure to a wide variety of industries such as technology services and software, retail, manufacturing, financial services, media, mining and professional services.
Johnathan has extensive due diligence advisory, sell-side assistance and financial modelling experience. He is highly skilled in deal and strategic analysis, often working alongside clients to transform large and complex datasets into meaningful deal insights.
His recent experience includes BUMA’s acquisition of Downer Limited’s Open Cut East mining services division, Quintet Yorkway's investment in Talent International as well as buy and sell side advisory on several important transactions for WH Soul Pattinson, Pitt Capital, Ausenco, Lindsay, Aura Capital, Yorkway Private Equity and One Investment Group.
