Highly skilled restructuring and insolvency specialist with more than ten years’ experience working on complex formal insolvency engagements.
Lauren’s experience includes being involved on a number of formal insolvency engagements and receiverships, trading on and restructuring businesses and managing asset realisation programs.
Lauren has experience in managing complex forensic investigations, litigation and recovery actions, including reporting to regulators, such as ASIC and the ATO.
Recent engagements include managing the liquidations of certain entities in the Caratti Group and managing the liquidations and restructuring of certain entities in the Fotios Group. Lauren has worked across a broad range of industries including property development, mining services, agriculture, transport, printing and construction.
