Nicole started her career in assurance and advisory at Deloitte with a focus on servicing private businesses, high net worth individuals and mid-market firms.
Nicole joined McGrathNicol in 2013 and has since been involved in a variety of strategy, transformation and performance improvement engagements. Her industry experience includes retail, entertainment, travel, energy, media and technology.
She has been on five client secondments which involved embedding herself within the business and collaborating closely with client teams. Her secondments had a strong focus on transformation, business strategy, program governance and project delivery.
