Shane brings over 15 years of experience in restructuring, turnaround, and business improvement strategies. He partners with directors, boards, and lenders to support businesses navigating financial and operational challenges.
Throughout his career, Shane has led numerous complex restructuring projects, overseen multiple trading sale processes, conducted independent business reviews, and helped businesses assess strategic options and implement business improvement programs.
With a strong focus on mid-market businesses, Shane brings a balanced perspective to complex issues, considering the interests of all stakeholders. He works collaboratively with clients to understand their challenges and develop practical, commercially focused solutions that deliver achievable outcomes.
Shane began his career in Ireland before joining McGrathNicol in 2012. He has extensive experience across a wide range of industries including property, construction, manufacturing, mining and mining services, transport and logistics, and the not-for-profit sector.
