Summer is a restructuring and insolvency specialist with more than 14 years’ professional experience working with companies and their stakeholders to overcome challenges and maximise financial outcomes.
Summer’s experience includes being involved in a number of formal insolvency engagements and receiverships, trading on and restructuring businesses, and advisory roles for small to medium sized businesses and ASX-listed entities.
Recent engagements include the receivership of a large Western Sydney property developer, and voluntary administration and liquidation of RCR Tomlinson Limited, a national ASX-listed engineering and infrastructure business. Summer has worked across a broad range of industries including property, engineering, infrastructure, mining and mining services, and forestry.
