Tony Barnes is an internationally experienced technology strategy and cybersecurity advisor, with more than 25 years of experience as a senior executive leader and non-executive director in technology, cybersecurity, software and critical infrastructure industries.
He advises boards and leadership teams on cyber risk and strategy, technology risk and governance as well as cyber crisis readiness and response.
Tony is an experienced provider of technology and cyber due diligence services to private equity, public and private companies undertaking M&A transactions, identifying risk and its impact on business value.
Previously a Deloitte UK Fast50 and EMEA Fast500 public company CEO, Tony has served as CEO of both public and private companies in Australia, UK and New Zealand and has served as a non-executive director of national critical infrastructure companies including a large electricity distribution network and a fibreoptic telecommunications network. He is currently a Board Director of RSPCA Queensland.
