She is particularly known for advising founders and business owners at pivotal moments, where realising value requires not only technical expertise, but sound judgement and a deep understanding of stakeholder priorities. Her experience spans leadership roles in the consumer sector across Australia and Asia Pacific, alongside advising clients across consumer, industrials, manufacturing and healthcare. She also has a strong track record in executing cross-border transactions.

Victoria is valued for her ability to bring clarity to complex situations and to navigate competing stakeholder interests with a calm, commercial and solutions-focused approach. She works closely with clients to shape and execute transactions that align strategic, financial and personal objectives — often in high-pressure environments where outcomes matter most. Her style is highly collaborative and grounded in long-term relationships, underpinning her reputation as a trusted advisor to leading corporates and private business owners across Australia and the Asia Pacific.

Victoria has acted as lead advisor on a number of high-profile transactions, including the sale of Sukin to Lion Corporation, MGI Golf to Tasman Capital, T2 to Unilever, Made Group to TPG Capital and E.L.C. Baillieu to Ord Minnett. She has also advised organisations such as Mondelez, ABB, Arlec, Pact and Australia Post.
